About Pre-order items:
We provide two options of pre-order items, one is the non-refundable deposit(NRD) been paid and we'll send the remaining invoice by Paypal once the item releases. Another option is to pay the full payment, with this option you'll get a discount and we'll ship to you once figure releases.(if we meet an order waiting too long to release we'll send a shipping address confirmation emails before shipping out.
About In-Stock items:
Normally we'll have some items in stock when manufacturers release them, at this case we can ship to you in 48 hours(mostly 24 working hours) when receiving the orders, we'll have a tracking No. and estimated arrival date when item's been shipped, please pay attention to the receipt during the arrival date we provide. shipping cost is for free, we'll also pay all tax fees by ourselves.
Since it belongs to collection, production delay is normal phenomenon, we are not responsible for figure delays from the manufacturer. All release date information are estimated by the manufacturer and is subject to change without further notice. In the event the manufacturer decides to cancel a release, we will issue a refund or apply it as a credit towards a pre-existing order if applicable.
